Acquiring the Industry Standard mark means that our business has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

Our two holiday properties are both detached in their own private space along with private garden, car parking and private hot tub.

We have an intensive cleaning and disinfecting regime set up between each set of guests and in accordance with the British government guidelines ( see our certificate from Visit England) . This involves cleaning and disinfecting thoroughly, paying special attention to frequently used hard surfaces such as door handles and light switches and including soft furnishings such as carpets and curtains. We also ensure outdoor equipment such as the hot tub and its cover are disinfected. There is lockbox entry at check in to avoid unnecessary contact. This also gives you flexibility as to your arrival time, enabling you to arrive at any time after 3pm.
